Returns & refunds
Kalwanji products are sold on this store by Wasfa Medical Company. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Unopened products — 30 days

You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging, with your order number or proof of purchase.

Opened or used products

Because shampoos, serums and creams are personal-care products, we can't accept returns of opened or used items for reasons of hygiene and product safety — unless the product is damaged, defective or not as described (see below).

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, leaking, defective or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the delivery charge, at no extra cost to you.

How to start a return

Email info@wasfamc.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and confirm any return shipping cost before you send anything. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to identify them.

Refunds

We'll let you know once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days:

• Card, Apple Pay and PayPal orders are refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the customer's name, which we'll confirm with you by email.

Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the refund. If you haven't received it 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

Exchanges

Unopened products can be exchanged for a different size or product within 30 days of delivery. Email us and we'll arrange it.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel, email us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Orders delivered to the European Union

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as required by EU law. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
