Shipping availability and charges
We deliver to the countries and regions available in checkout. Shipping is not included in the displayed product price. The exact shipping charge and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before payment, based on the destination and the items in the order.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation and, when available, a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. Carrier operations, public holidays, customs procedures, weather, or incomplete address information can cause delays.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before ordering. If a correction is needed, email info@wasfamc.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.
Tracking, delays and missing parcels
If tracking is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation. For a substantially delayed or missing parcel, email info@wasfamc.com with the order number.
Damaged parcels
If an order arrives damaged, email info@wasfamc.com promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the parcel and affected items.
International orders
Where international delivery is available, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Payment and Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates. Orders delivered outside the UAE must be paid online in advance using one of the prepaid payment methods shown at checkout; Cash on Delivery is not offered for these orders. Checkout displays only the payment methods available for your delivery address.
